Litigators bolster Orrick’s new Houston office

Litigators Claudia Wilson Frost, Katherine Ginzburg Treistman and Jeffrey Johnson have joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as partners in the firm’s new Houston office.

Treistman spent 20 years at Susman Godfrey, having worked as a patent litigator in the Eastern District of Texas.

Johnson focuses on patent litigation and inter partes review proceedings. He mainly advises clients in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Frost, who is also an experienced trial practitioner, said: “I look forward to working with Orrick colleagues around the world to grow our team in Texas to offer clients world-class litigation advice.”
