Life sciences litigators join Fieldfisher
London | 05 February 2016

European firm Fieldfisher has recruited a group of former Rouse litigators for its life sciences practice.

Diana Sternfiled, Nicole Jadeja and Rebecca Baines have joined the firm as partners.

Sternfeld has more than 20 years experience and established Rouse’s patent practice in 2001.

She has advised several major pharmaceutical companies and is also a member of the UK BioIndustry Association.

Jadeja and Baines have experience advising in all types of IP disputes, focusing primarily on multi-jurisdictional patent disputes in the life sciences sector.

Nick Rose, partner and head of Fieldfisher's IP and technology litigation group, said: “Sternfeld, Jadeja and Baines are all immersed in the life sciences industry with significant experience. Their arrival puts us in an excellent position to better serve our clients' needs in the new unitary patent era.”
